Hi and welcome! I believe therapy can be beneficial for anyone and is an opportunity to talk about and explore ways to improve quality of life. While traditionally thought of as a way to help work through a problem or mental health issue, it doesn't have to be engaged in only when facing a particular challenge. Therapy can extend beyond resolving problems and achieving life satisfaction and can be about thriving and getting the most out of life. My goal is to support you to be the version of yourself you would like to be and to create the same for your life.

I'm passionate about connection, knowledge, meaning, balance, and authenticity. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space for us to work in. My approach is relaxed, informal, individualized and combines ideas and techniques from different therapeutic schools of thought depending on your unique needs. I work with individuals aged 16+ and look forward to guiding you to living life as you envision it, supporting mental health issues like anxiety, stress/burnout, and depression as well as cultural challenges, identity, life transitions, peer/family/romantic relationships, and coping with situations at home/school/work.
